North Carolina’s pathway to education and economic mobility for people with IDD
Sandhills Community College has been selected by the North Carolina Community College System to be part of a state effort to provide inclusive post-secondary education, leading to employment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
We now offer Access to Achievement, an individualized, job-focused instruction and workforce preparation initiative providing educational and career pathway opportunities to individuals with self-identified intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
