Role of A2A Coordinators
The Access to Achievement Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as they pursue their educational and career goals. This position focuses on providing tailored support services that address the unique needs of these students, including access to academic accommodations, skill-building workshops, and individualized advising.
The coordinator collaborates with faculty, staff, and external agencies to ensure that students with IDD have access to the resources and tools they need to succeed in college and the workplace.
